Any items left in a vehicle during service are left entirely at the owners risk, Alex Renner Motors will not accept and responsibility for the loss, damage of any items left in a vehicle.

• By signing this job sheet, the customer expressly authorizes Alex Renner Motors to undertake the repairs and works detailed there on. Furthermore the customer agrees to make payment for all works carried out in a timely manner either by cash or credit card payment.
• All vehicles are to be collected within seven days of completion of works, any vehicle not collected will accrue a storage charge of Dhs/- 25 per day and may not be removed from Alex Renner Motors premises until all invoices and storage charges have been paid.
• In the event a vehicle remains uncollected after works have been completed, it may be moved to an alternative location for storage, this will be done entirely at the owner’s risk.
• Alex Renner Motors will accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss to the vehicle by flood, fire, theft or any other event beyond its reasonable control.
• Any towing or vehicle recovery charges will be added to the customers invoice. If a vehicle arrives by recovery without the presence of the owner, the action of sending the vehicle to Alex Renner Motors will be deemed as acceptance of all standard terms and conditions.
• By signing this job sheet the customer authorizes Alex Renner Motors and its staff to use and operate the vehicle on the public roads for all testing purposes that may be required to effect service works, upgrades and repairs.
• All parts and labour are covered by a six month warranty against manufacturers defect. Consumable items such as battery, tyres, brakes and all rubber items as well as all fragile and glass items do not qualify for warranty.
• All parts removed from a vehicle will be available to the customer at the time of settling the invoice. After this time they will be disposed of and Alex Renner Motors will accept no claims or liability for any loss resulting from a failure to collect the parts on time.

Sales Invoice Terms

For settlement of this invoice we are able to accept payment in cash or by credit card only, cheques, either personal or company cannot be accepted. All parts replaced and billed under this invoice will be available for collection at the time of settling this invoice and collecting the vehicle. ARM does not store replaced parts after invoicing is completed and will accept no liability for the parts after this time.

All parts and labour undertaken as part of this invoice are warranted for a period of six months from the date of invoice. Please note that all tuning and modification works are done for motorsport use only and may not conform to regulations for road use.

Alex Renner Motors will accept no liability for the use of tuning products, intended for track use only, on the public highway.

Estimation Terms

The above estimation has been prepared following a visual appraisal of the vehicle and constitutes the anticipated cost of repairs based upon this appraisal. Actual costs for repair may vary by up to twenty five percent and by agreeing to this estimation, the customer accepts and agrees to this possible variance. In the event the vehicle is not repaired at ARM a charge of Dhs/- 300 will be made for the appraisal. In the event further works are found to be required during the repair, these will be advised to the customer under a separate estimate.
