It was not our intention to start servicing Audi vehicles with a discount this is not our standing. We intended to establish our entire offer to Audi owners first. Based on our experience with Super Sports Cars, which we are repairing for nearly a decade, we knew what to expect taking on a new car brand.” Alex Renner, Partner in ARMotors explained. “We knew that Ramadan was coming soon and decided to do something special then. We had to pick the right offer for Ramadan, something attractive and also special for the occasion, hence 50% on Minor and Major Audi services.”
How do these services compare to the one you offer for Porsche or Ferrari?
“If you are looking strictly at the service, they compare one to one. The service our Porsche, Ferrari Aston Martin or Lamborghini owner receives is the same as the Audi owner enjoys. The obvious differences are parts and oils used.
The offer is running since beginning of Ramadan, what was the response so far? Alex replied,” We know out of experience that such campaigns are well received by our clients. We are using our on-line resources to communicate the same to existing and new clients. This way a wide variety of Audi owners are aware of our service level and us. The feedback so far is very positive. We are using the visit of the Audi owners to engage and to speak to them about this offer. Some are letting us know that they were not aware that a workshop could run such an offer with such a short waiting period”
What is your waiting period exactly? Alex explained, “For Audi the waiting time is basically one day. You call today and the next day, latest the day after you can pass by with your car or avail our pick up service, which is also unique for an independent workshop. We have created manpower capacities as well increased stock levels of all essential parts to perform the announced offers without delays. Our Minor and Major Audi service has found its place with most of our clients for majority of our brands and we have to deliver. In the current case, we offer an attractive enticement, which is highly valued by Audi owners”.
